Christopher is a Canadian Army Officer with twenty years of leadership and management experience, including service on operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
He is known for his clear decision-making, strong interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving. Christopher has held a range of instructional roles both within the military and in civilian settings, and he is consistently recognized for delivering engaging, practical, and approachable training.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and a Master of Public Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada. Christopher is also a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.

She applies a systems-based, outcome-driven approach to leadership and management consulting. Elizabeth supports organizations in strengthening decision quality and organizational resilience under conditions of uncertainty.
